- 1 c. black-eyed peas (cooked)
- 1/2 c. salt pork, cut up
- 1/4 c. ham chunks
- 1 onion, cut up
- 2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice
- 4 c. water (coconut lowfat milk can be used instead of water)
- 1/8 c. catsup
- A healthy pinch of sugar
Direcciones
- Put washed rice in saucepan. Add in peas, pork, ham and other ingredients. Boil till rice and meats are done.
