Receta Haddock In Herb Marinade

Ingredientes
- 1 sm Onion, finely minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 x 15 grams pac herbs for stuffing, finely minced
- 6 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
- 400 gm Haddock fillets, (13oz)
- 2 Tbsp. Sunflower oil
Direcciones
- For the marinade, blend all the ingredients together and pour over the haddock fillets, cover and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 min.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Remove the fish from the marinade and cook for approximately 4-5 min on each side.
- Add in the remaining marinade to the pan and cook gently for 5 min.
- Serve on a leafy salad with new potatoes or possibly noodles.
- NOTES : A deliciously light marinade that brings out the flavour of the haddock.Ideal served with a green salad, potatoes or possibly noodles.
