Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 even teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients. Drop on greased cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Have drops be 2 1/2 inch wide (1/2 Tbsp.) or possibly can be made large for bigger cookies. May add in more lowfat milk to batter if dough is too thick. Bake till lightly browned and cold and frost. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 min.
