  • 4 x Pitta breads, split
  • 350 gm Halloumi cheese, sliced (12 ounce)
  • 4 med Tomatoes, sliced
  • 100 gm Crispheart lettuce, (4oz)
  • 1 1/2 x Cucumber, sliced lengthways, very thinly

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the grill till warm.
  2. Grill the halloumi for 3-4 min, turning half way through till golden. Grill the pitta bread till hot. Spill the pitta in half widthways then layer on the lettuce, halloumi and tomato. Sprinkle with a healthy pinch of salt - not too much as halloumi is very salty. Close the lid of pitta and cut in half or possibly thirds.
  3. Serve with crisps, a little lettuce and a few black olives.
