Name: Halloween Cookie Pizza
Ingredients: 3/4 c. Light brown sugar; 1/2 c. Butter flavored shortening; 1 x Egg; 1 Tbsp. Water; 1 tsp Vanilla extract; 1 1/4 c. Flour; 1/2 tsp Baking soda; 1/4 tsp Salt; 1 c. Peanut butter chips; 1 c. Miniture marshmallows; 1/2 c. Semi-sweet choclate chips; 1/2 c. Pecans, minced CHOCLATE DRIZZLE; 1/4 c. Semi-sweet choclate chips; 1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter flavored shortening ORANGE DRIZZLE; 1/2 c. Powdered sugar; 1 Tbsp. Water; 3 dsh Yellow food coloring; 2 dsh Red food coloring

Ingredientes

3/4 c. Light brown sugar
1/2 c. Butter flavored shortening
1 x Egg
1 Tbsp. Water
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 1/4 c. Flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1 c. Peanut butter chips
1 c. Miniture marshmallows
1/2 c. Semi-sweet choclate chips
1/2 c. Pecans, minced CHOCLATE DRIZZLE
1/4 c. Semi-sweet choclate chips
1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter flavored shortening ORANGE DRIZZLE
1/2 c. Powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. Water
3 dsh Yellow food coloring
2 dsh Red food coloring

Direcciones

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 12" round pizza pan. In large bowl, beat sugar and shortening till creamy . Add in egg, water and vanilla and beat well. In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt; add in to sugar mix, beating on low speed till blended. Stir in peanut butter chips. Spread batter in prepared pan to within 1/2" of edge. Bake 11-13 mintes or possibly till set. Remove from oven. Sprinkle marshmallows , choclate chips and pecans over the top. Return to oven. Bake 5-7 min or possibly till marshmallows are lightly browned. Cold completely Blend choclate drizzle ingredients and drizzle over the top; blend orange drizzle ingredients, and drizzle over the choclate. Let stand one hour till drizzle sets. Cut into wedges.
Makes 16-20 servings.
