Ingredientes
- 1 lg. loose head of cabbage
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 c. shredded cabbage
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. diced onions
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 1/4 c. diced carrots
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. canned tomato soup
Direcciones
- Parboil the head of cabbage. Separate leaves and set aside. Mix together shredded cabbage, rice, onions, pepper. Form mix into loose (not too solid rolls) leaving room for the rice to expand, wrap each roll in a cabbage leaf, fasten with toothpick.Place in a greased casserole, pouring over 1/2 cup water. Bake 90 min at 350 degrees. Stir the tomato soup and lowfat sour cream together. Pour on top and bake 30 more min at 300 degrees. Cover. Serves 4-6. A favorite Nikolas recipe from Aberdeen, SD.
