Receta Ham And Cheese Quiche

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Cooked ham, cubed
- 1 x (10-inch) pastry shell
- 1 pkt (10-ounce) frzn broccoli
- 2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 3 Tbsp. Onion, minced
- 1 1/2 c. Scalded lowfat milk
- 3 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Cook, drain and chop broccoli. Layer half of broccoli, ham and cheese in shell. Repeat with second half. Sprinkle onion over top and set aside.
- Gradually stir lowfat milk into Large eggs and add in seasonings. Pour into pastry shell and bake at 450 for 10 min. Reduce heat to 325 and cook 35 min. Let stand a few min before serving.
- Serves 4-6.
