Receta Ham-And-Mushroom-Stuffed Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 8 thin pancakes (about 7 inches in diameter)
- 1 (2 ounce) can mushroom stems and pcs, liquid removed and minced
- 2 T finely minced onion
- 2 T butter
- 8 thin slices boiled ham
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. water
- Paprika or possibly minced parsley
Direcciones
- Prepare pancakes. In saucepan, cook mushrooms and onion in butter till onion is tender. Place a slice of ham and 2 tsp mushroom mix on each pancake; roll. Keep warm in oven.Meanwhile, put together soup, lowfat sour cream, and water. Heat; stir now and then. Serve sauce over pancakes. Garnish with paprika or possibly minced parsley. 4 servings.
