Receta Ham And Potato Au Gratin

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. minced sweet onions
- 1/4 c. Minced sweet red or possibly green peppers
- 2 x Tlbs.butter, ( use 1 tlb to cook down vegetables )
- 3 c. Cooked, peeled, cubed potatoes, ( helpful to cook ahead & cold )
- 1 lb Fully cooked & cubed ham
- 1/4 c. Mayonaiase
- 1 x Tlbs flour
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Shredded sharp cheese
Direcciones
- Cook down first three ingredients until softened, set aside.
- Combine the first 3 ingredients with the potatoes, ham, and mayo. Put in a casserole dish Heat 1 tlb. butter, add in flour ,over low heat; slowly stir in lowfat milk. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir 1 minute. Then stir in cheese, pour over potato mix. Cover dish with foil and bake @ 350 degrees for 30 min. remove foil, let brown for 10 min more.
