  • 1 pkt rice pilaf
  • 1 can green beans
  • 2 c. cooked ham, cubed
  • 1 jar sliced mushrooms, (2 1/2 ounce.) liquid removed
  • 1/3 c. sliced almonds
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 c. fine breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. Cook rice and beans according to package instructions, only till thawed.
  2. In medium mixing bowl, mix together rice, beans, ham, mushrooms, almonds, and cheese soup. Turn into a 2-qt casserole. Mix crumbs and butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  3. Yield: 6 servings.
