Receta Ham & Swiss Cheese Ravioli
A favorite lunch sandwich flavor in a delicate pasta...perfect for supper. Serve with a brown-butter sauce.

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb domestic ham, chopped fine (buy a chunk rather than slices and cut into cubes)
- 1/2 lb of swiss cheese, chopped
- 3 Tablespoons onion, minced
- 2 Tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped fine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 extra large egg, beaten
- 1 package of square wonton wrappers
- small bowl of warm water

Direcciones
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a gentle boil. In the mean time:
- Gently, chop ham in a chopper. Careful not to pulverize it.
- Gently, chop onion in a chopper. Careful not to pulverize it.
- Combine ham, cheese, onion, parsley, salt and egg in a bowl and mix well
- Place 1 teaspoon full of mixture into the center of one wonton wrapper
- Brush the edges of the wonton with water
- Place a second wonton wrapper on top
- Press edges to seal, pushing air bubbles out
- Gently add ravioli to slowly boiling water
- Cook until ravioli floats to the top about 5 minutes
- Remove ravioli with a slotted spoon
