Receta Pansit Canton (Filipino)

2 votos | 2440 views

I was recently introduced to Filipino cooking. It is a fusion of Chinese, European, American, Arab and Asian cuisines, rich in flavor and color. Adobo Chicken is probably the most well known and another favorite is Pansit Bihon. I haven't seen Pansit Canton on CES, so here it is. It may have quite a few ingredients, but it's not complicated to create. Pansit (noodles) are commonly served at birthday celebrations and represent long life and good health; they must not be cut short so as not to corrupt the symbolism.

Thanks Jane, I hope you think it tastes amazing, too. If you go to my website, there's another Filipino recipe (similar) that has less ingredients. I made it last week and even loved eating the leftovers! So good and very easy. http://www.cucinananette.blogspot.com
