  1. Brown hamburger in skillet till done. Add in some dry onion flakes, garlic pwdr if you want. Sprinkle flour over the mix, stirring as you do.
  2. Add in lowfat milk, sufficient to make a gravy. You may want it thick or possibly maybe a little thinner. Continue cooking on a very low heat till ready to serve. I serve this over mashed potatoes. You can also add in salt and pepper to taste.
  3. My children were so fond of this when they were growing up which we had it at least once a week. My daughter's two teen-agers request this for their birthday dinners. Of course we are invited to dinner and guess who gets to make it
