Receta Hamburger Loaf Wellington

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 pound hamburger
- 1 pkg. onion soup
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 6 slices boiled ham
- 2 c. mozzarella cheese
- Pastry for 2 crust pie
- 1/2 pound sausage
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 egg, beaten with 1 tbsp. water
Direcciones
- Combine meats, onion soup, bread crumbs, catsup, Parmesan, 2 Large eggs, oregano, basil and garlic pwdr. On foil, form meat mix into 10 x 12 inch rectangle. Layer ham and then mozzarella on top leaving small margin around edges. Start at short end and roll up jelly roll fashion - using foil to lift. Roll out pastry and cover meat roll entirely. Prick and brush with egg and water. Place on rack in pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
