Receta Hamentashen/Pie Crust Dough

Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. Orange juice
- 1 x Grated orange rind
- 2 1/2 x Tp 3 c. flour
- 1 lb Prepared mohn filling,
- 1 lb Lekvar, (apple or possibly prune Strawberry or possibly apricot preserves
Direcciones
- Mix all well. Add in flour as necessary to make smooth elastic dough. Divide dough and roll out on floured surface to about 1/8" thick. Use a round cookie cutter or possibly glass to cut out a 3" circle. Fill with 1/2 -2/3 tsp. of filling in middle of circle.
- TO SHAPE: Lift up right and left sides, healthy pinch together.Bring bottom flap up to center to meet 2 sides. Healthy pinch edges together. Place on greased cookie sheet 1" apart. Bake in preheated 350* oven for 20 min.
- FILLINGS: 1 lb. prepared mohn filling (poppy seed) or possibly 1 lb. lekvar
- (apple or possibly prune butter) or possibly strawberry or possibly apricot preserves
