Ingredientes
- 1 sm. bag frzn hash brown potatoes, loose
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 16 ounce. carton lowfat sour cream
- Corn flakes
- Butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Mix together has brown, cream of mushroom soup, onion, and lowfat sour cream. Bake in 325 degree oven approximately 30 min. Remove and crunch corn flakes (in hand) over top to cover well. Pat with butter. Return to oven about 15 more min. This is great for cookouts with chicken, steak or possibly ribs!
