- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. melted butter (optional)
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/2 bell pepper, minced
- 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper
