Receta Hash Brown Potato Pie

Ingredientes
- 5 lrg Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 c. Country-Style hash browns, thawed
- 1/3 c. Green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Warm pepper sauce
- 1 1/2 c. Sharp cheddar cheese, shredd, divided
- 4 slc Bacon, crisp or possibly 1/3 c real bacon bits
Direcciones
- In a medium bowl, beat Large eggs and lowfat milk; stir in hash browns, green onions, salt and pepper sauce. Stir in 1 c. cheese and half the bacon. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate or possibly quiche dish. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min or possibly till center is set. Sprinkle with remaining bacon and cheese. Bake 3-4 min longer or possibly till cheese is melted.
