Receta Hashed Brown Potato Bake

Ingredientes
- 2 pound frzn hashed brown potatoes
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 8 ounce. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
Direcciones
- Thaw potatoes at least 30 min. Mix with remaining ingredients except potato chips. Pour into 9x13 inch greased baking pan.
- At this point, casserole can be refrigerated or possibly frzn. Just before baking, top with crushed potato chips. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 10-12.
