  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (20 ounce) can liquid removed, crushed pineapple
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 box instant vanilla or possibly French vanilla pudding
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cold Whip

Direcciones

  1. Mix according to box directions. Pour into jelly roll pan, 12 x 17 inch or possibly therabouts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min or possibly till cake tests done.
  2. Soften cream cheese; place in mixing bowl and slowly add in lowfat milk, mixing well with cream cheese. Add in dry pudding mix and beat till thickened. Add in liquid removed pineapple, folding in well. Spread on cooled cake. Next, spread on Cool Whip. On top of this, sprinkle coconut, minced nuts, and minced maraschino cherries (either of that can be optional).
