Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb peeled deveined uncooked shrimp
- 1/2 lb bay or possibly sea scallops
- 1 can Dole pineapple chunks
- 1 x green bell pepper cut wedges bacon slices
- 6 ounce Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
- 16 ounce Pace Picante Salsa
- 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp. chablis
Direcciones
- Blend sauce ingredients till proportionately mixed.
- Skewer pineapple chunk, shrimp, scallops, bell pepper wedges, and bacon slices folded. Baste skewer proportionately on each side and grill. Cook till shrimp are a pink color. Serve with rice.
