- 1 can Spam Spread - (3 ounce)
- 2 Tbsp. pineapple tidbits
- 1 Tbsp. diced green bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. diced red onion
- 2 x lettuce leaves
- 2 x croissants sliced
Direcciones
- In bowl, combine Spam, pineapple, bell pepper and onion. Cover and refrigeratemix at least an hour.
- Place lettuce on croissants. Top croissants with Spam mix and serve.
- This recipe yields 2 sandwiches.
