Ingredients: 1 c. hot water; 5 Tbsp. white sugar; 3 c. all-purpose flour; 3/4 tsp salt; 2 Tbsp. powdered lowfat milk; 2 Tbsp. instant potato flakes; 3 tsp yeast; 1/4 tsp vanilla extract; 1/4 tsp lemon extract; 2 x Large eggs; 4 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine

Ingredientes

1 c. hot water

3 tsp yeast
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp lemon extract
2 x Large eggs
4 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine

Direcciones

Measure ingredients into the bread machine in the order suggested by the machine's manufacturer. Set machine for dough.
Place dough in a 9- by 5-inch loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for about 30 min. Crust should be golden brown and bread should sound hollow when thumped.
This recipe yields a 2 lb. loaf.
Comments: Flavorful, light sweet bread which is great by itself, or possibly for french toast and summer sandwiches.
Yield: 1 loaf
