Receta Hazel's Meatloaf

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef or possibly 1 pound grnd turkey
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 med. onion or possibly 2 tbsp. onion
Direcciones
- Beat the Large eggs. Add in the lowfat milk and crumbs. Can use oatmeal and blend. Add in meat and onion; blend well. Form into loaf. Spray loaf pan. Pat the meat into pan in loaf. Top with catsup or possibly barbecue sauce or possibly strips of bacon. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Good with scalloped potatoes. Crisp salad, carrots, cabbage.
