Receta Healthy Choice Meatloaf

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Healthy Choice Grnd Beef
- 1/2 c. uncooked rolled oats
- 2 x egg whites lightly beaten or possibly 1 egg
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. finely minced onion
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients in large bowl just till combined. Press gently into lightly greased 9x5x3" loaf pan.Bake 45-50 min till hard and heated through.Let stand 10 min before slicing.
- NOTES : This is the most perfect meatloaf I've ever tasted. I omit the salt and do not miss it at all.
