Ingredientes
- 2 c. minced cooked turkey
- 1 x garlic clove chopped
- 1 med onion minced
- 1 x sweet green pepper minced
- 1 x onion quartered
- 1 x green pepper sliced into strips
- 1 can red kidney beans - (17 ounce)
- 1 can tomato paste - (6 ounce)
- 1 can tomatoes - (28 ounce)
- 1 x bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Direcciones
- Combine the turkey, garlic, onion, and green pepper in a nonstick skillet. Saute/fry till the vegetables are soft. Add in the remaining ingredients and cover. Simmer over low heat for 30 to 60 min, or possibly till the flavors are blended.
