Ingredientes
- 4 c. frzn potato rounds
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn broccoli - thawed & liquid removed
- 1 (2.8 ounce.) can Durkee's French fried onions
- 1 med. tomato - minced (optional)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange potatoes in bottom of 8 x 12 baking dish. Bake uncovered for 10 min. In medium saucepan, brown grnd beef, leaving in large chunks, drain well. Layer beef, broccoli, 1/2 can onions and tomato on top of potatoes. In small bowl, combine soup, lowfat milk, 1/2 c. cheese and seasonings; pour over beef mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min. Top with remaining cheese and onions, bake uncovered for 1-3 min.
