Receta Hearty Beef Vegetable Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil or possibly vegetable oil
- 12 ounce. lean grnd beef
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt & pepper
- 1 bag (16 ounce.) frzn mixed broccoli, green beans, pear onions & red peppers
- 1 can (16 or possibly 19 ounce.) Cannellini (white kidney beans) or possibly other sm. white beans, undrained
- 1 can (16 ounce.) tomatoes, broken up
- 1 c. water
- 1 beef bouillon cube or possibly 1 teaspoon instant broth granules
Direcciones
- Heat oil in a large heavy saucepan or possibly Dutch oven over high heat. Crumble in meat; add in garlic, salt and pepper. Cook 2 min, stirring 2-3 times, till meat loses its pink color. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 3 min till vegetables are warm. Yield: 4 (1 c.) servings.
