Ingredientes

2 c. Sugar
1 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
3 lrg Large eggs
2 c. All-purpose flou8r
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
3 c. Granny Smith apples, peel, dice fine
3/4 c. Flaked coconut
1 c. Pecans, chop

Direcciones

Mix sugar and oil, add in Large eggs and beat well. Combine flour, soda and salt. Add in flour mix to beaten egg mix. Stir in vanilla, apples, coconut, and pecans. Mix well. Spoon butter into a greased tube pan. Bakeat 325 for 1 hour and 20 min. Allow cake to cold to room temperature before removing from pan.
