Receta Hearty Potato Soup

Ingredientes
- 2 slc Bacon, Or possibly
- 1 Tbsp. Wilson's Bacon Bar
- 1 ounce Dry Onions, Or possibly
- 1 Tbsp. Freeze-Dry Chives
- 5 ounce Dehydrated Potato Chreds
- 2 ounce Chicken Bouillon Granules, Or possibly
- 5 x Chicken Bouillon Cubes
- 3 c. Water Salt -- as needed
Direcciones
- 1. Cook the bacon in the pot till it's crisp, remove and drain.
- 2. Add in the onion, potato and bouillon to the fat and slowly add in about 3 c. hot water. Bring to a simmer till vegetables are tenber, 5-10 min. Salt if needed.
- 3. Serve with bacon crumbles on top.
- Makes about 4 c..
