  • 1 1/4 c. Margarine, 2 1/2 sticks, divide
  • 4 ounce Unsweetened chocolate squares, divided
  • 2 c. Granulated sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. Pecans, minced or possibly walnuts or possibly other nuts
  • 10 1/2 ounce Miniature marshmallows
  • 1 lb Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9-by-13-inch pan. Heat 1 c. margarine over low heat in flat-bottomed pan. Add in 2 squares chocolate; stir till melted. Add in granulated sugar; mix well. Stir in Large eggs. Remove from heat. Stir well. Add in flour and nuts; mix just till blended. Pour into prepared pan; bake for 30 min. Just before crust is done baking, heat remaining 2 squares chocolate with remaining 1/4 c. margarine. Remove crust from oven; top immediately with marshmallows. (Marshmallows will heat from heat of crust.) Combine melted chocolate mix with powdered sugar and lowfat milk; stir well. Pour chocolate over melted marshmallows; spread proportionately. Let cold thoroughly before cutting into squares.
  2. Yield: 4 dozen barcookies.
