Receta Herb Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredientes
- 16 ounce Penne pasta
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 5 x grilled chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. minced green onion
- 3 x minced ripe tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh oregano
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 sm can sliced black olives
- 1/2 x red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 1/2 c. whole green beans salt & pepper to taste
- 1 bot Brianna's Home Style Blush Vinaigrette
- 4 ounce crumbled mild Feta cheese lemon pepper & seasoned salt
Direcciones
- Toss cooked pasta with extra virgin olive oil. Grill chicken breast seasoned with lemon pepper and seasoned salt. Cut chicken into diagonal strips. Blanch whole green beans. Toss ingredients (except Feta) together and chill. Add in Feta just before serving.
