Receta Herbed Corn On The Cob

Ingredientes
- 4 ears corn, unhusked
- 1/4 c. butter (softened to room temp.)
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat the oven 375 degrees. Cut four large squares of foil.
- 2. Peel back but don't remove the corn husks. Remove the corn silk.
- 3. In a small bowl, blend together the butter, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
- 4. Spread about 1 Tbsp. of herbed butter on each ear of corn then close the husk around the corn.
