Receta Herbed Dijon Grilled Bread

Ingredientes
- 12 inch long Italian bread
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Direcciones
- Slice Italian bread lengthwise. In a small bowl, combine mustard and extra virgin olive oil, oregano, and garlic pwdr. Stir till well mixed. Spread on bread halves. Sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Place halves together; wrap in foil. Place on grill or possibly in 450 degree oven for 15 min or possibly till cheese melts. Slice and serve hot. Makes about 6 servings.
