Receta Herbed Linguine

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound linguine
- 1 bunch basil, fresh
- 1 bunch oregano, fresh
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 healthy pinch pepper
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 clove garlic, fresh, minced
- 1/8 c. butter
Direcciones
- In boiling water, with a healthy pinch of salt and veg. oil, cook the linguine till done. Drain. Chop oregano and basil very fine. Toss linguine with the desired amount of herbs, garlic and butter. Season to your liking with salt and pepper. Serve as an accompaniment to the Veal Oscar. Serves: 6. (Prep and Cooking Time: 15 min)
