Receta Herbed Oven Fried Fish

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. fresh fish fillets (salmon, trout, bass or possibly whitefish)
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry basil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. melted butter
Direcciones
- Wash fish and pat dry. Cut into serving pcs. Dip fish first in lowfat milk, then in mix of flour, salt and basil. Add in egg to remaining lowfat milk. Add in crumbs to remaining flour mix.
- Dip fish pcs into lowfat milk-egg mix, then into flour-crumb mix. Place into buttered baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min or possibly till fish flakes. Garnish with parsley and lemon.
