Receta Herbed Parmesan Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan or possibly Romano cheese
- 1/4 c. plain bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 4 skinned, boned chicken breasts (1 1/4 lb.)
Direcciones
- Coat chicken pcs with melted butter. Dip each piece in dry mix (First 5 ingredients). Arrange in an 8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle any remaining crumbs on top. Cover and cook in microwave on high 6-7 min. Let stand 3 min, serve.
