Ingredientes
- 1 lb Pollock fillets
- 1/3 c. Melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dry tarragon
- 1/4 tsp Lemon pepper Paprika Lemon wedges
Direcciones
- Cut fish into serving size pcs; arrange on broiler pan. In bowl combine butter, lemon juice, tarragon & lemon pepper. Brush fish with herb butter, sprinkle with paprika. Broil 4-6 min. Brush fish with herb butter during broiling. Serve with lemon wedges.
