- 1 c. unsweetened strawberries or possibly raspberries frzn
- 1 x banana
- 1 Tbsp. grnd flaxseed (1 to 2)

- Try this morning beverage which's high in omega-3 fatty acids, potassium, vitamin A and C and fiber.
- Place all ingredients in blender in order listed. Cover and process on high (100% power) till smooth. Serve immediately.
