Receta Penne With Grilled Salmon, Asparagus And Lemon Butter

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Penne
- 2 x Salmon steaks, about 1/2 inch thick
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 8 ounce Asparagus, cut diagonal, the same size as the penne
- 6 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 tsp Fresh grated ginger
- 1 x Garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Grated lemon zest
Direcciones
- Cook pasta till al dente, about 12 min. Brush salmon with soy sauce on both sides. Grill or possibly broil till almost cooked, about 3 min each side.
- Cold slightly and pull into flakes, discarding bones. Steam asparagus till crisp, tender, about 4 min. Drain pasta and heat butter in the large pot. Add in ginger and garlic, saute30 seconds. Add in lemon juice and zest. Toss the pasta, asparagus and melted butter, then gently toss in the salmon. Poste in KitMail
