Ingredientes
- 4 lb Chicken cut into 10 pcs Crushed red pepper to taste Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 c. Bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Finely-minced parsley Salt to taste Cayenne pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Season the chicken with crushed red pepper and salt. Using your hands, rub extra virgin olive oil over each piece of chicken. Place the bread crumbs and parsley in a large zip-lock bag. Season the crumbs with salt and cayenne. Add in the chicken to the bag and shake the bag till the chicken is coated completely.
- Place the chicken pcs, on a parchment-lined 1/2-inch sheet pan. Bake the chicken for 25 to 30 min or possibly till the chicken is crispy and the juices run clear. Remove from the oven and serve.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
