Receta Hillbilly Breakfast Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 c. white sugar
- 2 c. water
Direcciones
- Blend together all ingredients till smooth and creamy. Fry 2 tbsp of batter for each pancake.
- Put 3 cups of white sugar in saucepan. Heat till it bubbles at the side of the pan. Then let boil for 20 seconds. If desired dark syrup; stir in 2 cups water and let it come to a full boil. Boil 1 minute. Pour on Hillbilly Breakfast Pancakes.
