Receta Hiziki Caviar With Cornmeal Blini

Ingredientes
- 6 Tbsp. Hiziki
- 2/3 c. Unfiltered apple juice
- 2 Tbsp. Shoyu
- 1/3 c. Water
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 3/4 c. Diced onion
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 1 sm Piec ginger root, peeled
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice Sea salt to taste Minced parsley or possibly chives as garnish Cornmeal blini, see recipe
Direcciones
- Place hiziki in a bowl and rinse once with lukewarm water. Cover with apple juice, shoyu, water, and soak 30 min. Heat sesame oil in a skillet. Add in the onion and then garlic; add in sea salt and sautJ for 5 min. Add in hiziki and soaking liquid, cover and cook 10 min. Grate ginger and add in it to the skillet along with the lemon juice. Cook the mix covered for 10 min. Uncover and cook over medium heat till liquid is absorbed. Allow hiziki mix to cold slightly and pulse in food processor for a few seconds. Serve chilled but not icy cool.
- Yield: 1 1/2 c. of hiziki caviar.
