- 1/4 c. reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. bottled hoisin sauce or possibly Chinese barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 3 x cloves garlic chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp grated gingerroot
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a screw-top jar. Cover; shake well. Chill up to 3 days; shake before using.
- Yield: "12 Tbsp."
