Ingredientes
- 3 c. sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. veg. oil
- 2 c. finely grated carrots
- 1 can (9 ounce.) crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1 c. minced walnuts
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Sift flour, salt, soda, and cinnamon together. Place Large eggs and sugar in mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed till mixed. Beat in oil, a small amount at a time. Stir in flour mix, carrots, pineapple, vanilla, and walnuts.
- Place batter in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 min.
