Receta Holiday Fudge

Ingredientes
- 4 c. sugar
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/3 c. coarsely minced pecans
- 1/3 c. coarsely minced candy cherries
Direcciones
- Combine sugar, lowfat milk, butter, and salt in large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, dissolving sugar. Cook over low heat to soft ball stage, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, and cold at room temperature. Add in vanilla and almond extract; beat vigorously. Let fudge thickened lose it's gloss. Stir in pecans and cherries.
