- 1/2 c. Butter softened
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp Sweet basil
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Sage
Direcciones
- Blend butter with remaining ingredients.
- Stuff turkey or possibly season with salt and pepper, as desired. Rub half the herb mix under skin of turkey. Cook turkey according to your favorite method, basting with remainder of the herb mix every half hour till done.
