Receta Holiday Pumpkin Bars

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. oats
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. pumpkin
- 2 beaten Large eggs
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Beat till fluffy the butter and brown sugar. Add in the flour, oats, salt and baking pwdr. Mix till crumbly. Reserve 1/2 c. for topping and press the rest onto bottom of pan. Bake 20 min at 350 degrees. While baking, mix pumpkin, Large eggs, Eagle Brand lowfat milk, vanilla and pie spice. Spread over baked crust. Add in the nuts to the reserved crumbs and sprinkle over the pumpkin. Bake for 30 to 35 min; cold thoroughly before sifting powdered sugar on top.
