Receta Holiday Smoked Egg & Chive Dip

Ingredientes
- 12 hard cooked Large eggs, riced or possibly sieved
- 2 tbsp. soft butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp. liquid smoke
- Seasoning
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice or possibly vinegar
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 drops Tabasco
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd pepper
- 1/2 c. frzn minced chives
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- Garnish with radish slices
Direcciones
- Accompaniment: Crackers, potato chips, melba toast, etc.
- Combine all ingredients except garnish and accompaniment. Beat till smooth. If you like, add in more seasoning. Have consistency soft sufficient to permit potato chips to be dipped into easily. Chill till ready to serve. About 30 min before serving, remove from refrigerator and beat or possibly whip dip to fluffy and soften it. Pile into chilled bowl. Garnish with radish slices. Makes 1 qt.
