- 1/4 c. Dry chile peppers (either Mild ones, such as Anaheim Or possibly pasilla, or possibly a combination Of mild and warm)
- 1 Tbsp. Cumin seeds
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Grnd cloves
- 1 tsp Grnd coriander
Direcciones
- In a blender, whirl the chile peppers and cumin seeds to a pwdr. Mix well with the rest of the ingredients. Store in an airtight container.
